Discipline is a strong word, when a herd of people listen to the phrase “you need to be a disciplined person” the people get scared,but they really don´t know that they are always dealing with discipline in their lives.May be some people don´t do things in the correct way.
There is a simple example, when you are a kid and your mother starts to bother the kids with the HW it is because the mothers are teaching the kids some discipline. When you start doing the things unconsciously, it is because you have a discipline, in the university many students do their without problems, and this is because they always did their HW. Discipline builds good (or bad) habits.
Discipline is always in our lives, we need discipline in all the things we do, eating, exercising, sleeping, and this is because life has parameters that we need to understand, many people don´t have discipline, that is what people say, but I think that all people have it, all so the killer, why? Because they need a plan to get things done in a disciplined way and they need to observe, study the people, and all that things the people do.
I think that people get scareds to the word but we really are a discipline persons, may be people don´t see that.
For example I have discipline in my studies but in my alimentation I really don´t have a good discipline, and all the people have discipline but not in all the areas of life. You focus your discipline in things that are important only for you, to get your objectives.
When the people and the discipline work together the things come out right.
When you are studying a subject like mathematics or physics you need a mental discipline to understand all the abstract world, but not only in this subjects in all the subjects an in the life we need a discipline to understand how life occurrs and how we need to act.
